Terms of service.
Effective date: October 17, 2026
Company: Global Linked Affiliates LLC, doing business as Sight AI (“Sight AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
Website: https://www.trysight.ai
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Sight AI that governs your use of our websites, the Sight AI application, our developer API and MCP server, our integrations, and every related service (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for business and professional use. If you use it on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization. If you have a separate signed agreement or order form with us, its terms control where they conflict with these Terms.
2. The Service
Sight AI is a search and AI visibility platform for websites. Depending on your plan it includes: indexing and Google Search Console analytics; rank tracking, keyword research, competitor analysis and site audits; AI-assisted article writing, editing and publishing to connected content management systems; an Outreach Agent that finds link and collaboration opportunities and sends email on your behalf; tracking of how AI assistants mention and cite your brand; an in-app agent and automations that act on your instructions; and a developer API and MCP server that let your own tools and AI assistants use the same data.
We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. Features marked beta, preview or early access are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are excluded from any service commitments we have made to you. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature your plan materially depends on.
3. Accounts and teams
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials, API keys and connected-assistant tokens confidential, and for everything done through your account and your team's accounts.
- Providing accurate account and billing information and keeping it current.
- The people you invite to your team: owners and admins can see and change everything in the team, connect platforms, authorize AI assistants and spend credits on the team's behalf.
- Connecting only websites, search properties, CMSs and other accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
Tell support@trysight.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require two-factor authentication for some actions and may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised.
4. Plans, trials, credits and payment
4.1 Subscriptions and renewal
The Service is sold on a monthly or annual subscription. Your plan, price and billing interval are shown at checkout and in Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing or by emailing support@trysight.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.
4.2 Free trial
New teams may start with a free trial. The trial length, the credits included and any payment-method requirement are shown when you sign up (at the time of these Terms: 7 days, 1,500 AI credits, card required). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan you chose. One trial per organization: starting additional trials with new accounts or payment methods is not permitted and may lead to suspension.
4.3 AI credits
Most AI work in the Service (article writing, AI visibility checks, keyword research, the in-app agent, automations) draws on a pool of AI credits shared by your whole team. Plan credits are added each billing period and unused plan credits do not roll over. Bonus and top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for refunds, and are consumed when work runs, including work started by Autopilot, agents, automations and connected assistants. We may change the credit cost of an action or add new credit-consuming features; current costs are shown in the app.
4.4 Fees, taxes and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, top-ups and add-ons you order, plus applicable taxes, which we calculate and collect where we are required to. If a charge fails we may retry it, limit or suspend the Service until payment is made, and cancel the subscription after repeated failures. Disputing a valid charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us may result in suspension.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
4.5 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where these Terms say so. Credits that have been consumed are never refunded. If we materially fail to provide the Service and cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you may cancel and we will refund the prepaid fees for the remaining period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, anti-spam and consumer protection laws.
- Create, publish or send content that is defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Use the Service to manipulate search engines or AI systems through deceptive techniques such as cloaking, hidden text, link schemes, scraped or spun content, or fake reviews.
- Send unsolicited or bulk email through the Outreach Agent to people you have no lawful basis to contact, misrepresent the sender, or ignore an unsubscribe request.
- Connect accounts, websites or data you are not authorized to use, or impersonate any person or organization.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass rate limits, plan limits or access controls, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- Resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as your own, or build a competing service using our data, prompts or outputs, without a written agreement with us.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service or with other customers' use of it.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, throttle or suspend features, and cooperate with authorities. Where practical we will warn you first.
6. Your content and data
“Your Content” means everything you provide to the Service or create with it: websites and pages, keywords, business information, articles, images, prompts, messages, and data from platforms you connect. You keep all rights in Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, analyze, display and create derivative works of Your Content solely to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for backups and aggregated or de-identified data.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights, consents and lawful bases needed to provide it and to have us process it, including for personal data about your customers and contacts. We do not monitor Your Content but may review it to respond to reports, protect the Service, or comply with law, and may remove content that violates these Terms.
We do not train AI models on Your Content. We may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from use of the Service, which cannot reasonably identify you or any person, to improve the Service.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party model providers to generate articles, titles, descriptions, images, recommendations, summaries and answers (“AI Output”). AI Output is produced automatically from statistical models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or similar to content generated for others or found elsewhere. You agree that:
- You will review, verify, edit and approve AI Output before relying on it or publishing it, and you are solely responsible for what you publish and how you use it.
- Subject to the model providers' terms and the rights of third parties, you own the AI Output generated for you and may use, modify, publish or delete it. Because models can produce similar results for different people, we cannot promise that AI Output is unique, and we do not claim ownership of similar output generated for others.
- We make no promise about the factual accuracy, originality, legal compliance, search performance or AI-assistant visibility of any AI Output, and you release us from claims arising from its publication or use, including search engine penalties, intellectual property and defamation claims, and reputational or revenue loss.
- You will not use AI Output for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, or to generate content in categories a model provider prohibits.
8. Search engines, indexing and connected platforms
When you connect Google Search Console, a CMS or another platform, you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf for the features you enable, such as reading analytics, publishing or updating articles, and submitting sitemaps and URLs for indexing through Search Console and IndexNow. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms, including Google's terms for Search Console, and you must keep the right to grant us that access for as long as the connection is active.
- We do not control search engines or AI assistants and do not guarantee that any page will be crawled, indexed, ranked, cited or mentioned, or that any content will comply with a third party's policies.
- Integrations depend on third-party APIs that may change, limit or fail without notice. We are not responsible for errors, delays or data loss caused by a third party.
- Publishing, scheduling and Autopilot features write to your CMS on your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing what is scheduled and for the content that goes live on your sites.
9. Outreach email
The Outreach Agent sends email to third parties on your behalf, from a sending identity you configure. You are the sender of those emails for the purposes of anti-spam and privacy laws, and you agree that:
- You will comply with all applicable laws for every message, including CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and PECR, CASL and similar laws elsewhere, and you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient.
- Messages must identify you truthfully, must not use misleading subject lines or sender details, and may only concern the collaboration, link or partnership purposes the feature is designed for. Unsolicited commercial promotion of products or services is not permitted.
- Every message carries an unsubscribe mechanism. We add recipients who opt out to a suppression list for your site and you will not attempt to contact them again through the Service or by other means on the basis of data obtained through it.
- We may limit sending volume, pause or stop sending, or disable the feature for your account to protect deliverability, if we see complaints, bounces or content that violates these Terms, or if required by our email providers.
- You will indemnify us for claims arising from messages sent on your behalf (section 17).
10. Developer API, MCP server and AI assistants
Team owners and admins can create API keys and authorize AI assistants and coding tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor) to use the Service through our MCP server. When you do:
- Keys and tokens are confidential and tied to the team and sites approved when they were issued. You are responsible for every request made with them and should revoke any you no longer need, which you can do at any time in Integrations.
- Requests are subject to the rate limits and fair-use rules published in our developer documentation. We may change limits with notice and may throttle or block traffic that endangers the Service.
- Connected assistants act on your instructions and can read data and make changes, including spending credits, according to the permissions you grant. Review what an assistant proposes before approving a change. The assistant's provider receives the data its requests return, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- You may build applications on our API for your own use or for your customers. Applications that other Sight AI customers will connect to must be submitted for review as described in our documentation, and must accurately describe what they do and what data they access.
- You may not use the API or MCP server to copy the Service, to extract data about sites or accounts you do not control, or to circumvent plan limits.
11. Automations, agents and Autopilot
The in-app agent, scheduled automations and Autopilot carry out tasks you ask for, on the schedules and within the budgets you set, including generating and publishing content, submitting pages for indexing, running checks and sending outreach. These features act on your instructions and consume credits when they run. You are responsible for reviewing what you enable and schedule, for monitoring the results, and for the content and messages they produce or send. We may pause an automation that errors repeatedly, exceeds a budget or appears to violate these Terms.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, AI models, search data, crawling, monitoring and support, and connects to third-party platforms at your direction. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, are provided to you as they are made available to us, and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service's functionality when a provider changes.
13. Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, models, prompts, workflows, data compilations and trademarks, is owned by Sight AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription. No other rights are granted. You may not remove our notices, use our trademarks without permission, or imply that we endorse your content.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
If you believe content on or produced through the Service infringes your copyright, email support@trysight.ai with the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a signature. We respond to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
14. Confidentiality and data protection
Each of us will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only as these Terms allow. Your Content is your confidential information; our non-public product, pricing and security information is ours. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies; email privacy@trysight.ai to request it. You are responsible for the notices and consents your own customers and contacts are owed.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI Output, rankings, search or AI visibility data, backlink and keyword metrics, or the behavior of search engines, AI assistants or third-party platforms. Data about rankings, traffic, backlinks and AI mentions comes from sampling and third-party sources and is an estimate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, to your payment obligations, to either party's indemnification obligations, or to a party's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sight AI, its affiliates, and their officers, employees and contractors from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, the content you publish, the emails sent on your behalf, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the law, or your violation of a third party's rights. We will notify you promptly of a claim and cooperate at your expense; you may not settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our consent.
18. Term, suspension and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you first use the Service and continue until your account is closed. You may close your account at any time in Settings or by emailing support@trysight.ai; your subscription then runs to the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practical, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, use the Service in a way that creates legal exposure or risk for us or others, or if we are required to by law. We may also stop offering the Service with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
When your account closes, your access ends, scheduled work stops, connected platforms and assistants are disconnected, and Your Content is deleted within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data before then and may ask us for a copy within the 30 days after closure. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to contact the other and to try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Where the law of your country gives you non-waivable consumer rights, nothing in this section removes them.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service and the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will email account owners or show a notice in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless the change is required by law or concerns a new feature, in which case it may take effect immediately. If you do not agree to a change, cancel before it takes effect. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
21. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any Data Processing Agreement and any order form are the whole agreement between us about the Service and replace earlier agreements.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Severability and waiver: if a provision is unenforceable it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect; a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers.
- Export and sanctions: you may not use the Service where prohibited by US export or sanctions laws, and you represent that you are not on a restricted-party list.
- Affiliate program: participation in our affiliate program is governed by the program rules published on our affiliates page and by the affiliate platform's terms.
- Notices: we send notices to the email address on your account; you send notices to the address below.
- Independent parties: nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture or agency, except that you appoint us as your agent for the limited purpose of indexing submissions and platform actions you request.
