Everything you can ship into HubSpot.
Sight AI talks to HubSpot through the developer-platform OAuth flow — every article, refresh, and internal link lands inside your HubSpot blog with the right author, tags, and SEO metadata.
Create articles
Full-length, publish-ready posts ship straight into your HubSpot blog — title, HTML body, slug, meta description, HTML title, featured image, in-body images, author, and tags, all populated.
Update articles
When the Article Boost Agent rewrites a post, the existing HubSpot blog post gets updated — same URL, same author, same tags. Only the content gets fresher.
Agents take action
Interlinking, refreshes, and new drafts all run through the same OAuth connection. Each agent can edit any post it originally created — no exports, no copy-paste.
Hands-off indexing
Every new article and update is auto-submitted to Google Search Console and Bing IndexNow the moment it goes live — so your HubSpot blog gets crawled in hours, not weeks.
Which agents can act on your HubSpot blog.
Once HubSpot is connected via OAuth, every Sight AI agent has scoped read + write access to the posts it owns — so each one can ship its own work directly inside HubSpot.
Drafts and ships full articles — body, title, meta, slug, tags, and featured image — directly into your CMS, on the schedule and publish status you choose.
Watches for posts climbing in Google or stuck just outside the top results, then rewrites the intro or adds a section that answers the query head-on.
Pairs an under-ranking article with one of your top-ranking pages, finds a natural phrase, and turns it into an internal link pointing where it matters.
Connect once. Forget about it.
The full setup takes a couple of minutes — and the connection runs on its own from there.
- 01
Connect HubSpot
Open Integrations in Sight AI, click “Connect HubSpot,” and authorize the app in your HubSpot account. We only ever see short-lived OAuth tokens — never your password.
- 02
Pick blog, author, and tags
Choose the default blog, default author (or defer to HubSpot’s per-blog default), and any default tags Sight AI should apply to every post for downstream reporting.
- 03
Choose draft or publish
Send posts to HubSpot as drafts for review, or publish them live the moment Sight AI ships them. Save settings — every new article now lands in HubSpot automatically.
Common questions. Quick answers.
Which HubSpot plans does the integration support?
You need Content Hub Professional/Enterprise or Marketing Hub Professional/Enterprise — HubSpot gates the `content` scope used for blog publishing to those tiers. Free and Starter plans don’t expose the blog publishing API.
Will Sight AI overwrite my existing HubSpot posts?
No. Sight AI only updates posts it originally created. Any blog post written outside Sight AI — directly in HubSpot or imported from elsewhere — is never touched by the agents.
Can I review articles before they publish?
Yes. Set the publish state to “Save as draft” during setup, and every Sight AI article ships to HubSpot as a draft. You can review, edit, and publish from inside HubSpot at your own pace.
How are my HubSpot tokens stored?
OAuth access and refresh tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest and scoped to the specific Sight AI site you connected. Refresh tokens rotate automatically — you never need to re-authorize unless you uninstall the app from inside HubSpot.
How do I disconnect?
Go to Integrations → HubSpot CMS in Sight AI and click “Disconnect.” We revoke the refresh token on HubSpot’s side and delete the stored credentials. Already-published posts in HubSpot stay where they are.
