FAQ

Common questions. Quick answers.

How does the Exa connector work?

It connects Exa to the Sight AI agent over MCP (the Model Context Protocol). Exa's tools become available to the agent, so it can pull live data straight into your chats as context, no exporting, no copy-paste.

Where do Exa tools show up?

Inside the Sight AI agent chat. When a question needs Exa data, the agent calls the relevant tool on its own and shows the result inline, then uses it to inform whatever it does next.

Do connectors publish or change anything?

No. Connectors are read-only context sources for the agent. They bring data and tools into the conversation. They never publish content or modify your site on their own.

Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. Remove the Exa connector from your Sight AI integration settings and the agent immediately loses access to its tools.

Give your agents the whole search picture.

Connect Sight to the AI you already use, or let the Sight agent run your SEO from Slack. Either way, the work ships.
